Dino's Alive

Dino's Alive @ Science Centre, Kuala Lumpur........when my son heard about this...they shouted..".yeay...mama...let's see dinasour".....and keep asking from day to day...when we can go to Science Centre to see Dinasour.....he really2 excited to go there.......

On 22nd Dec 2010, we went to Science Centre @ Bukit Kiara, Kuala Lumpur....we arrived there about 11.00 a.m......the parking already full....we thought not many many people there since we go there weekdays......we made wrong prediction...however....we are lucky....we got parking very near to science centre.....:-)..

the exhibition was exciting....my son really2 enjoy see dino....there's many type of dino's.....here is pics around the dino's alive exhibition.......entrance fee not very expensive...adult RM10....children RM5....

Another book...just bought it last 2 weeks......the story is quite nice but don really like the hero when he can simply married to another women after being force by his brother....where his ego...where his pride.....here is synopsis of this book.....

Nasi Kurzi Johor

First of all, not to late for me to wish u all " Salam Maal Hijrah"....the new year in muslim calendar.....so what i will share here was about Nasi Kurdzi....Actually, this pack of Nasi Kurzi was given by my beloved aunty....so last week i try to cook this Nasi Kurzi.....the taste was nice and my husband n kids love it very much.....not difficult to do this...just follow the instruction....everything was given in the pack including rice and acar buah....u can try this at home...if you interested...just PM me and i will get it for you....the price is RM29.00 (not including postage)  ...n worth it to buy.....

school holiday......

school holiday come again......for this period...my activity is quite tight.....i only have my own space after both of my son sleep.....as a mother n full time housewife, i tried to make some activities for them to ensure they have something to do....last week , we are having art or drawing class with teacher mama (it's me...hehh). from there i can see the different between my eldest son n my youngest son.....my eldest such an obedient student...he follow my instruction...but still have question why i shud do this.....why i cannot use other colour....n why your bird like chicken...(haha this show i'm quite bad in drawing....huhu).....here my eldest son art work....good job baby...

now my youngest son...he's always modified my instruction.....maybe he don't want his pic same with his brother.....this show that he's quite creative n always thinking out of box.....good job dear....here is his art work....

5th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

On 26th November 2010, my husband and i  celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary.....since this year our budget is quite tight, we only have our dinner together with my two notty boy....i've made a choc cake for my husband.....both of my son also help me in decorating the cake......here is the pic of cake for u to c......

Family short trip to Bukit Merah

Last deepavali holiday, my husband and i brought our son to Bukit Merah Laketown Resort...if you took plus highway...the exit was after taiping/Changkat Jering exit. We took about an  hour to reach bukit merah.....we decide only to visit the laketown eco park only.....this is because my husband was on standby...so he need to pickup call if needed.

Bukit Merah eco park was not bad..both of .my son really2 enjoy our short trip...they love to see animal show.....

Family outing to Lost world of Tambun

Salam.....i'm back....from now on i will update my blog everyday InsyaAlllah....so.....just to tell you about my family short trip to Lost world of Tambun.....this place actually quite far from our house....however, if its located inside Perak can consider as near la...huhu.....so we arrived there about 12p.m...weather quite hot....but we still manage to move around the park.....the park look alike valley n the scenery is quite nice.....both of my sons were very happy.....we thought the dry park was separate from wet park....however...the concept is all in one...pay once for all....(wet park ,dry park n hotspring)....i like their hotspring.........next to the lost world is hotspring SPA....according to my hubby the SPA is very nice but quite expensive.....hope i'm able to go to the SPA one day........

Merdeka...merdeka...merdeka

Today is 31st August 2010...very meaningful day....which is our country Independence Day....its really meaningful to those who involve in ensuring Malaysia FREE from 'penjajah'....nothing much that i can say.....people out there happy because today is public holiday...no patriotism spirit anymore....several people put flag at their cars....nothing special to celebrate......how to boost up this patriotism spirit especially among teenagers?.....

MERDEKA...MERDEKA...MERDEKA.....a satisfaction that we can feel truly from our heart.....lucky we are born after Merdeka....thank you...thank you n thank you to all our super hero...who has fight till death to ensure Malaysia Merdeka....without them...we cannot feel peaceful as today....thank you again.....

Ikan bakar

Resipinye seperti dibawah...resipi nih telah diubah mengikut citarasa mamadaris....

1 ekor ikan siakap
2 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1/2 inci halia
2 batang serai
2 batang cili merah - buang biji kalau xnak pedas
sedikit kunyit serbuk
sedikit garam
2 helai daun kunyit - mengikut kebesaran saiz ikan

cara-caranya:

1. bakar ikan sehingga suku masak.
2. blend bahan2 di atas kecuali daun kunyit.
3. setelah ikan suku masak....angkat dan lumurkan bahan2 yg telah di blend tadi...
4. balut ikan dengan daun kunyit dan bakar semula ikan sehingga masak...

*mamadaris bakar atas nonstick pan jer....xde oven laa katakan....



sediakan pencicah ikan.

1. hiris sedikit bwg besar dan cili hidup.
2. gaulkan dengan sedikit kicap.
3. perahkan asam limau.

Carrot Cake Recipe

Today, i wanna share with u all this carrot cake recipe....i got this recipe from my fren.....thank you kak anne for this delicious carrot cake recipe......tapi saya buat x jadik sgt macam kak anne laa...kene cube byk kali nih...huhu


Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
3 cups carrot (shredded)
1/2 cup walnuts
4 eggs
1 3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tea spoon baking powder
1 tea spoon baking soda
1 tea spoon cinnamon powder
a pinch of salt

Frosting
1 bar cream cheese (250 gm) -tatura
1/6 bar butter
½ to 1 cup icing sugar (or brown sugar)

Method:
1. Mix carrot, sugar, eggs, oil and walnut in a bowl
2. Fold in sieved flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt until all is well mixed.
3. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
4. For frosting, mix all the ingredients well and let the cake cooling a bit before spreading the frosting on the top.

Ari sabtu aritu...sempatlaa...masak utk hubby.....masak simple2 jer....1st time dapat buka puasa dgn hubby....ni laa juadah kami berdua....ikan bakar....sotong goreng tepung n sup fishball..........

  

  

Resipi Sotong Goreng Tepung (resepi nih dapat dr orang...lupe sape...)

6 ekor sotong

2 sudu besar tepung gandum

2 sudu besar tepung beras

2 sudu besar tepung jagung

2 biji telur

garam secukup rase

cara-cara:

1) bersihkan sotong,

2) campurkan ketiga-tiga jenis tepung dan sedikit garam....

3) celup sotong dalam telur dan kemudian celup sotong tersebut didalam campuran tepung tadi dan goreng hingga kuning keemasan.

Travel to Ipoh by ETS

On last friday, my son and i were travelling to Ipoh by new electric train (ETS).....our departure time should be 6.48p.m...unfortunately, due to 'certain' reason, our train was delayed about 25 - 30 minutes..luckily we met my fren...aunty jue...."thank you jue for being a good babysitter"...

Our journey took about 2 hours. First time we travel to Ipoh using public transport....both of my sons were very happy....after 10 minutes in the train, Faris asked me...'mama kita dah sampai Ipoh ke'....heh.....we arrived Ipoh about 9.15p.m...the first question before leave the train...'mama...mana aunty jue'...hehh

Bring my son to see Dr Lim Miin Kang

Today, my son and i went to Gleneagle Intan to see Dr Lim Miin Kang. He is such a good doctor. Very patient. Love children and very good in examine children. My son like him very much. For those who are looking for Paeditrician...i really2 recommend him.... thank you

Trip to avillion PD

On my last March 2010, we have family trip to Avillion PD....i like avillion very much......our 2 days 1 night at avillion full with activity........easy to say...berbaloi laa...if you spend money staying at avillion.....for those who don know where to bring ur familly...i really2 recommend avillion......here is some pics to share....
