last nite...i'm thinking of food which healthy but heavy as my eldest son love eating especially when he reach home in the evening...
so.. i try my own recipe....ayam bakar yummy...you may try also...its easy and faster..
jom cuba....
1. 2 paha ayam (after cut - got 6 pieces of chicken)
2. 3 biji bawang sederhana besar
3. 2 biji bawang putih
4. 2 inci halia
5. sedikit garam
6. sedikit serbuk kunyit
7. sedikit sos tiram
8. sedikit kicap
9. 2 sudu besar madu.
1. blend bahan 2 hingga 6.
2. gaulkan bahan yang di blend tadi dengan ayam.
3. campurkan bahan 7-9 dengan ayam.
4. perap selama 30 minit dan bakar di atas pan atau pemanggang ajaib...
